Overall, the consensus among reviewers is that it's a fascinating experience, especially for families and tech enthusiasts. As Matthew Brokamp shared, "Awesome tour! It was really cool learning about the entire order processing procedure including the robotics and technology involved." This sentiment is echoed by Michael Black, who remarked on how the tour showcases the integration of people and technology in fulfilling hundreds of thousands of orders daily.

However, not all reviews are glowing. One common complaint is about delivery delays, as noted by Danyelle Blawn, who expressed frustration over a significant wait for her order. Place is really good maintain really well. Kids will really enjoy with the robotics and all sorting facilities it is better if it is open on the weekends so that school kids can come for a visit. If they allow for videos that will be good too.
