Editor's Review
Visiting the Goodwill Outlet and Donation Center in Baltimore feels like a treasure hunt, though the experience can be quite a mixed bag. Some customers rave about the chance to score quality clothing in bulk at fantastic prices. Aarushi Jain shared her excitement: 'Great place to buy clothes in bulk that are in surprisingly great quality!' However, others paint a less rosy picture; many feel let down by the inventory and the atmosphere. As T Robinson lamented, 'Really disappointed with the lack of inventory given what I've seen at the retail stores.' It seems that the thrill of finding a diamond in the rough is often overshadowed by piles of items that don’t quite meet expectations.
The store does have its bright spots. For starters, it’s family-owned since 1992, which adds a personal touch to the shopping environment. Plus, they accept EBT/SNAP, making it accessible to a wider range of shoppers. That said, some reviews hint at a chaotic atmosphere, with reports of 'uncouth individuals' crowding the bins and making the experience less enjoyable. Matthew Allman described a frustrating experience with pricing discrepancies, stating that items often cost more at checkout than what they’re tagged.
In short, while there are some gems to be found, it's crucial to go in with tempered expectations. If you thrive on the hunt and appreciate recycling, this place might still be worth a visit.

Now, I am not going to lie, you can find some decent things here , however you have to deal with some pretty uncouth individuals, most likely resellers who have no manners whatsoever. Most of the time they know exactly when new bins are getting read...
This place has been pretty awful the last few years. Items tagged cheaper that didn’t sell at other goodwills are up-charged here. Seriously. Picked up an item tagged at $7 - at the register, I was told it’d be $15, regardless of the tag. Still bough...
This store was awful. Came from a good distance away and the store was not what it pictured. It’s entirely bins with no racks or shelves at all and the bins were pretty empty.
If I could give negative stars, I would. Really disappointed with the lack of inventory given what I've seen at the retail stores. The bins were not full. Clothes and items looked like donation rejects. Don't waste your time or gas.
Great place to buy clothes in bulk that are in surprisingly great quality! Also, a bit disheartening to see that such clothes in such great condition could potentially be on the way to the land fill. :( Highly reccomend shopping here for your clothin...
