Editor's Review

Goodwill Outlet in Albuquerque, NM is a treasure trove for the adventurous shopper. With a family-owned vibe since 1992, it's not just about the items you find; it's about the experience. The thrill of rummaging through bins filled with everything from vintage clothes to quirky home goods feels a bit like dumpster diving, as Jessica Clark notes, 'The bins are fun... I found some good stuff that I can resell.'

However, it's not all sunshine and rainbows. While many appreciate the unique finds, there are complaints about the atmosphere. Some customers found the staff to be a bit brusque, as Ernest pointed out, 'If you're new you will get yelled at.' And let’s not forget the summer heat; it’s been noted that there's no air conditioning, which can make prolonged visits a sweaty ordeal.

Despite these drawbacks, the community aspect shines through. Long-time customer Nora Chavez reminisced about shopping there for over 26 years, saying, 'Enjoy the shopping, make friends. It's just dumpster diving indoors!' And with new inventory every Tuesday, there’s always something fresh to discover. For those who appreciate a good deal and don’t mind a little chaos, this place is a must-visit!

Best for: Bargain hunters and thrifty shoppers looking for unique second-hand treasures.
