The drivers who transport all the packages are always in the way and leave some of the pallets outside of a business in the rain and cold … most of their drivers cannot speak English and management won’t tell them to do the job correctly
Called this "drop point" and none of the employees I got to talk to knew they were even listed as a drop point. Got disconnected before talking to a manager, but wasnt about to waste anymore time sitting on hold
