Editor's Review
Double Bargain in San Bernardino, CA, is the kind of place that feels like a hidden gem waiting to be explored. With an overall rating of 4.3 out of 5 based on 83 reviews, it's clear this store has made quite an impression on many shoppers. What stands out the most is the sheer variety of items available. As Carla Harris, a long-time customer, declares, 'They have everything from eyelashes, clothes, jewelry, kids toys, pools, etc.' This store embodies that affordable charm many families are searching for.
However, itβs not all sunshine and rainbows. While many customers rave about their great deals, like Carro Patrullas, who points out that 'most of the items are 99c' and that they accept EBT without any charges, some concerns have surfaced as well. A few reviewers have expressed dissatisfaction with the pricing transparency, noting that several items did not have clear price tags. Michelle Sanchez mentioned, 'Lots of things that I seem to like did not have prices.' Such discrepancies can lead to confusion and frustration while shopping.
Customer service experiences seem to be hit or miss. Deja Daniels shared a notably negative interaction, feeling singled out when she was asked to leave her bag at the front. This kind of experience can sometimes overshadow the otherwise friendly atmosphere that many long-time patrons cherish. Notably, the storeβs family-owned vibe has earned it a loyal customer base looking for affordable shopping without the usual big-box store experience.
