Editor's Review
Michigan Mercantile in Kalamazoo has garnered quite the mixed bag of reviews from its visitors. Many shoppers seem to appreciate the thrill of finding unexpected treasures among the store's eclectic assortment of resale items, especially given that they sell products sourced from Amazon return pallets. As Taresa Franks enthusiastically put it, 'We love all 3! They will let you look at items you might have questions about.' This sort of customer engagement makes the shopping experience feel personal and welcoming.
However, itβs not all sunshine and rainbows. Several customers have expressed frustration with the store's organization and pricing. Matt Graham's experience highlights this, as he points out, 'Everything was $10 today which wasn't much and a lot of it wasn't worth it.' This sentiment resonates with many who feel that the value of items can be hit or miss. The store's recent ownership change has also drawn criticism, with Leanna Sechrist stating, 'Sense being under new ownership this place has gone downhill.' It appears that while thereβs potential, the current execution leaves something to be desired, particularly in consistency and customer service.

We love all 3! They will let you look at items you might have questions about. I have never had a bad experience. The items on certain bin price days could be a little better but overall but it's not a general store.Great place!

Pretty cool store just be careful about the items you get, keep in mind that they purchase Amazon and other return pallets and resell the items from the pallets at a heavy discount from the Amazon price.
