Editor's Review

Cheaper by the Day in Lynnwood, WA, has carved out a quirky niche in the liquidation and discount store scene since 1992. Family-owned and vibrant, this place is filled with bins overflowing with a mix of random items, from clothes to household goods, and even organic produce. Customers appreciate the thrill of treasure hunting, with a new inventory that drops every Tuesday. As Areli Guevara remarked, 'you can still find some hidden gems in the bins.'

However, not all reviews shine a favorable light on this spot. Some visitors express frustration over pricing, feeling that the owner has picked through items for higher resale value, leading to a lack of quality in the bins. 'Half of the thrill is showing up first thing on restock day to score some amazing deals,' lamented Sarah Alhethail, indicating a sense of disappointment when expectations aren't met. Others share unsettling experiences, including cleanliness issues, which have left a sour impression.

Best for: Bargain hunters looking for unique finds and seasonal deals.

Good discount store but I was in there the other day and there was a rat that ran across the floor. Makes sense it smells like pee in there. Not sure if that would deter other people but I will not be returning 😂

Definitely a hit or miss type of place. Mostly very cheap seasonal items not worth the price, but I did find a cute top and a board game for $3 each. Its worth a visit if you are nearby, but I wouldn't reccomend taking a drive just to go here
