Editor's Review

The BidFTA Bin Store in Elizabethtown, KY, offers an exciting shopping experience for those who enjoy the thrill of finding bargains among liquidation items. Customers have had mixed experiences, but they consistently highlight the incredible deals available. For instance, Gladys Decker shared her joy in scoring a $1200 shower system for just $10, proving that the store can yield remarkable finds for savvy shoppers. However, not all experiences have been equally positive. Haley Pierson expressed some disappointment with items being dumped out or broken by week's end, which seems to be a frequent complaint. This sentiment echoes in several reviews where customers noted that the quality of items could vary significantly depending on when they visited.

Another aspect that stands out is the store's staff. Cathy Cravens appreciated the employees, but also pointed out that constant announcements about packages can be a bit much. It seems there is a fine balance between creating a lively shopping atmosphere and overwhelming customers with noise. The overall rating of 4.0 out of 5 indicates that while many shoppers leave satisfied, there are notable areas for improvement, particularly regarding customer service and the condition of items by the end of the week.

Best for: Bargain hunters and liquidation enthusiasts looking for great deals.

Employees are great. We really don't need incessant announcements about opening packages and leaving trash though. Every 10 or 15 minutes is ample. Also, some packages have no information on them, so they can't be researched on Amazon.

I was over due to pick up my items and they won’t refund. They also don’t send any reminders of your items going back on auction if they aren’t picked up. Staff do not have great customer service skills at all.
