I love going to the store and have found the manager very helpful. I even went to the Waterloo store and had an amazing time there also. I have bought several of the mystery bags. I only had one that I had unusable items in it. I still feel the other...
The manager is absolutely rude!! I hear her put her employees down and always screaming at them. She doesn't treat customers well either. They seem to have a very high turnover rate too. I don't see this store lasting if they don't get a new manager....
